On 28 January 2022, representatives from the Centre for Media Pluralism and Media Freedom will take part in the conference “Le sfide per la libertà e il pluralismo dell’informazione”, where they will present the results of the Media Pluralism Monitor for Italy.

The event will take place in person at Spazio Europa, in Rome.

During the conference, speakers and discussants will focus on topics such as media pluralism and freedom of expression, structural issues of the media sector, and the challenges for investigative journalism in Italy.

The conference will start with a video message from Vera Jourová, Vice President of the European Commission.
