Following the first year of EDMO’s operation, EDMO Week: United Against Online Disinformation is the project’s first annual conference, exploring many of the facets of online disinformation, fact-checking and media literacy by bringing together many outstanding experts and stakeholders in the field from 7 – 11 June.
Beginning every afternoon at 14.30 CET, key topics will be tackled, ranging from the need for a multistakeholder approach in tackling online disinformation to fact-checking in the context of a global pandemic, and from the role of research and policy to media literacy and other local initiatives.
There will be opportunities for informal side events in the mornings, as well as for networking activities.
